SkedgeAlert: the cure for cancellations01
Overview

Providers lose appointments to cancellations and no-shows; patients on a waitlist never hear about the opening. SkedgeAlert connects the two in the moment a slot frees up.

I led UX and UI for the whole product: the patient-facing mobile app, the provider and admin website, and the visual identity that carried both. Business requirements became user stories, user stories became wireframes and interactive prototypes, and I worked alongside stakeholders and engineers through every lifecycle milestone.

What I did
  • Translated business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for the mobile app and the admin website.
  • Designed the provider dashboard, notifications, and the appointment and calendar flows for the medical office side.
  • Created the brand identity: logo, icon set across iOS and Android, and app-store and storefront graphics.
  • Built the design libraries, graphics, and controls for the website and application in Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Provided design leadership to stakeholders and engineers through development and met all lifecycle goals.
Outcome

Shipped the mobile app and the administration website, with a brand that carried from the app icon to the app store.
